Thank you for trusting the process with Jayme’e‼️ CREDIT CARD POLICY: Your Credit card will have to be added in order to book an appt with me. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If you have some issue with this, please message me so we can get it resolved. HAIR -ALL services hair is included unless specified otherwise. -If you would like a specific color besides natural, please specify the day the appointment is booked to insure that I will be able to provide the hair you would like. -Extra thickness will be an EXTRA CHARGE of $15-25 depending on style and time . -Please make sure your hair is WASHED AND BLOWDRIED with no product in it AT ALL to provide the best experience possible. 🚨🚨🚨 If your hair is dirty I will CANCEL your appt. With 100% charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: -You will only be able to change your appointment up to 1 time after deposit is made. Anything after 1 time, the deposit is forfeit and you will be banned from booking on my app. - If you no show, you will be banned. -If you have to cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be able to reschedule anything after, deposit will be forfeit and you will have to pay another deposit to secure that slot. -If I feel my time is being wasted or disrespected you will be banned. -My time is valuable just like yours, if you know you can’t make it reach out, most of the time I can accommodate my clients very well. -If your appointment is at 5am please do not text me till you’re at my door and DO NOT COME EARLY! Cancellation Policy
Deposit goes towards your appointment. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE! You will ONLY be able to reschedule 1 time within a 48 hour grace period from time your appointment was set. Anything after the deposit WILL BE forfeited‼️ There will be an 50% charge for no-shows or cancellation last minute.
